Ford Rouge Center – Infrastructure Renovation & Utility Trestle – Dearborn, MI

The Ford Rouge Center – Utility Trestle was constructed from 2002 to 2005. The trestle consists of structural steel box trusses designed to carry cable trays, piping, and walkway supporting by bents and towers, founded on steel pile foundation, or supported by existing roof framing of the Dearborn Stamping Plant and Dearborn Engine and Fuel Tank Plant. The total length of trestle constructed is approximately 7,000’, which includes a 339’ long bridge.
